Subscription Monitor privacy policy
Effective November 3, 2026
This policy describes the private n8n Subscription Monitor maintained for personal use and the informational QuietOps website.
Information accessed and purpose
The monitor reads a designated subscription register in Google Drive. It uses service names, renewal dates, amounts, currencies, discount deadlines and required actions to prepare email digests and alerts for the operator.
Google Drive permissions
The application requests read-only Google Drive access. It cannot modify or delete Drive files. A dedicated Google account is used to limit available information. Account-level read permission can access other files that account owns or has been given access to; the workflow is configured to download only the designated register.
Processing and storage
Register content is processed in the operator's self-hosted n8n installation. This workflow does not send it to an AI model. The workflow stores notification state to avoid duplicate reminders. Failed and manually tested executions may retain register content in execution history; successful-run execution data is configured not to be retained. Retained records remain until deleted or removed under the installation's retention settings.
Email delivery and service providers
Digests and alerts are sent to the operator. Google Drive stores the register, and the configured email providers process and may retain outgoing messages. Cloudflare hosts this public informational website and may process connection information such as IP addresses and request metadata to deliver and protect it. This website does not display or receive the subscription register.
Limited use and sharing
Google user data is used only to provide the subscription-monitoring features described here. It is not sold, used for advertising, used to train AI models or shared with unrelated third parties. Its use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Website cookies and analytics
These pages contain no application analytics, advertising scripts, forms or application-set cookies. Cloudflare may process technical data or use security mechanisms as part of delivering the site.
Control and deletion
The operator can disable the workflow, revoke its authorization in Google Account settings, remove file sharing, and delete retained execution records, notification state and emails. Revoking authorization stops future access; it does not automatically delete previously retained messages or execution records.
Contact and changes
Questions or deletion requests can be sent to illusiveman221@gmail.com. This policy will be updated if the application's handling of information changes.
